I’ve been familiar with Elect Company for quite a long time, say, since it was founded. I know personally the Directors of the Company and their Deputies. Many former enforcement officers work at the Company now, having retired. I would like to underline the high quality of the products manufactured by them. RPCC Elect’s devices are ergonomic, reliable and wear-resistant. It’s not only the product quality I want to approve, but the quality of interaction with all divisions of law enforcement agencies. I do know a lot about this trademark. The enthusiasm and initiative along with strong partnership with the Main Internal Affairs Directorate’s bodies in provision of smart special equipment favour the security provision on the streets. Unfortunately, we can’t always afford to substitute the worn systems, to substitute the parts out of order due to long use or just to update the obsolete models to those new and advanced. The Company is always supportive and willing to help in problems’ resolution. RPCC Elect demonstrates high professional qualities contributing to fortification of the facility base of police divisions, thus, to law enforcement and crime control. We are glad to have such manufacturer and such friendly company staff on the territory of our region. I know that Elect’s team is very responsible about their hard mission. We’ve been cooperating with the Elect Company in the field of special-service vehicles equipment with specific signals. Any Road Patrol officer every day uses the products manufactured by the Company: the СГУ systems, blinkers, signal units, and wands. Over the cooperation we’ve been having, a strong, trusted relationship emerged, I would say, a close contact has been found. I would like to admit the quality of the manufactured products meeting all existing requirements, offering reliability rear among similar products by other manufacturers, and I really mean it, since other producers’ products have been used on our vehicles in recent years. Their devices are much less attractive both by their external characteristics and internal ones, especially, if we speak about the maintenance works for the signal equipment out of order. Only the Company in our region is reliable and responsive enough in these cases. If we were allowed to always choose the specific equipment supplier ourselves, we would prefer Elect only. RPCC Elect’s products attract citizens’ attention which is crucial in our work. The Company will always lend a helping hand in an uneasy situation, update obsolete parts in no time, and substitute a part out of order. We are lucky to have such an understanding and responsible ally. In late September the Company celebrated its 17th birthday. My colleagues and I expressed with utter pleasure our gratitude to the Management and entire personnel of RPCC Elect for the significant contribution into fortification of the facility base of the Patrol-Guard Service of the Police at the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, for the comprehensive performance of obligations and assistance in law enforcement. According to the САП-2У200СД device’s test operation the following readout can be made: The device was utilized both for column escort and tracking. During utilization the following operation benefits of САП-2У200СД were found out. - LED system is flawless, clearly seen by traffic participants even in bright sun, which attracts attention; - during column escort the lighting flows are conveniently distributed, ‘Front lighting flow’, ‘Rear lighting flow’, not blinding the drivers who follow the leading or the flank escort vehicle. We would like some modifications were introduced in the СГУ control panel: for better visibility to have the control keys back-lighted both at the control panel and the microphone. Conclusion: Device САП-2У200СД is recommended for use in traffic safety patrol services. We have been using your СГУ-120 units for several years already. We are satisfied with the products’ reliability and easiness of a small repair (retubing, re-gearing, etc.). There is progress in the quality of the latest product variations: enhanced water-resistance and fastens (bolts and self-tapping screws). A pleasant detail. We find reasonable the light-acoustic panel’s cables – it is too thick.
